Yes. One pathway to become a Registered Builder requires that you hold your Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC50210) and hold 7 years’ experience in the Building and Construction Industry. You will still need to apply to the Building Commission for your registration.

No. We do not offer any online courses, however, our flexible programs are a great alternative.

As we only accept students with a minimum of 2 years experience within the industry, our courses are Fast Tracked, and take between 13 to 18 months to complete.

Our face-to-face classes are held once per fortnight, and you can schedule your study in around your working hours and personal commitments.

Yes.  We are happy to help you to upgrade your qualification, and offer you any further study that you require.

Yes. You are able to complete individual units that form part of the Diploma of Building and Construction, or any other units that are on our scope.

No. Just provide us with an original copy of your Statement of Attainment for those units and we can arrange a Credit Transfer into our system with no cost to you.

No. The only pre-requisites for studying at BTWA are that you have 2 years experience in the construction industry (any level) and hold a current Whitecard.

Yes. We can reproduce an original of your qualification (Award Certificate and Statement of Attainment) however it will cost $50 plus postage.

The total cost of the Diploma of Building & Construction is $9,032.00. The student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as student services and resources fees.

The Diploma is completed in 10 parts and invoices will be raised prior to the commencement of each part, therefore, the total cost is broken down into 10 easy payments. Payment can be made by cheque or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the building and construction industry and hold a current WorkSafe whitecard. We can offer training if you do not have a whitecard.
